Refund Policy

  • Since CrimeTeller is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds once the payment is accomplished and the service is started. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any services at our site.

    CrimeTeller, however, will only allow for refund if cancellation is not the fault of the client, as determined by CrimeTeller. All monetary transactions are in $US dollars and partial refund will be given.

  • Example: Client paid for a full-year of our Services ($150.00) and used 45 days (1 and half months) of the service. Client will receive a refund for 10 months. Partial month usage is not refundable. Client will receive a pro-rated refund of $125.00).

  • This only applies to cancellation by the client. If cancellation is done by CrimeTeller due to restrictions violation, there will be no refund.

    You may request cancelation at anytime. To cancel your account, please submit a request to us using our "Contact Us" or email at refund@crimeteller.com .

    Additional features can be added at any time. CrimeTeller reserves the right to change prices at any time.

  • Please give it 2- 4 business days for our Customer Service to get back to you on the problem. You should accompany this request with detailed and grounded reasons why you apply for a refund/cancel. Please make sure your request does not contradict our Terms of Services.
